Joshua Huempfner
EVP of Corporate Services
Joshua specializes in corporate services, site selection for tenants and buyers, and dispositions for corporate and institutional owners. His strong financial background and project marketing expertise have made him a trusted and valued advisor. Born and raised in Minneapolis, Joshua’s knowledge of the metro area gives him a keen understanding of the Twin Cities commercial real estate market.
With double majors in real estate and finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Joshua uses his combined knowledge to serve his clients’ complex real estate needs. His excellent negotiation skills, strong history as a closer and ability to seek out new opportunities have made Joshua a respected senior team member and top producer.
In his twenty two years as a commercial real estate advisor he has sold and leased over seven million square feet of commercial property with consideration in excess of five hundred million ($500,000,000). When he’s not in the office, Joshua enjoys playing golf coaching softball and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
